Our Murray clinic sits on the west side of 900 East between 4500 South and 4700 South, inside a small professional office plaza. Look for Suite #16 — the suite number is marked on the door.
From I-215 Westbound (coming from Holladay / Cottonwood Heights): Take Exit 7 (4500 South / State Street). Head west on 4500 South, then turn left (south) onto 900 East. The clinic is about two blocks down on the right.
From I-15 Northbound or Southbound: Take Exit 297 (4500 South). Head east on 4500 South. Turn right (south) onto 900 East. The office plaza is on your right within two blocks.
From Sugar House or Millcreek: Head south on 900 East. Pass 4500 South and the clinic will be on your right just before 4700 South.
